Happy 30th Birthday Drew!!!!

Holli threw a party for Drew at the Columbus Country Club for his 30th the day after Christmas!! I can't believe my brother is already 30... seems like yesterday we were just kids!! The party was a lot od fun and very WILD, didn't expect anything different from Drew and his friends.

It was fun to get to hang out with everyone that we don't see often.. including Kyle and my family!!

The happy couple.. because we have a babysitter!! ha.. we always take Taylor everywhere we go b/c we live out of town and have no one to keep her. Cici and Pop were nice enough to keep her for us... since all other family members were at the party!! Thanks.. we really enjoyed our night out!!

Christmas Day

Taylor's 2nd favorite toy for Christmas.... the Yookidoo tent.. she LOVES it!! We bought her a motorized pink 4-wheeler for her big gift, and she won't go near it. All she wants is her "car" that Nonna and Poppa gave her. Guess we will ahve to put the 4-wheeler up for a few months until she's ready!!

A friend of Cindy's gave her this precious desk painted with the babies names on it and Ole Miss colors, logo, etc. We got it out just to see what they would do... and Taylor absolutley loved it. She thought it was the best thing. She would take her puzzle, set it down and climb on up!! So, we ventured off to Toys r Us yesterday and bought her a new table with chairs so she would have somewhere to "sit" and color and do puzzles... the things we do for our children:)

As you can see, the babies are all sleepy... NOT .. they seem to never get tired when they are together. Taylor is a GREAT sleeper, like 7:00 every night, but not when cousin Drew is around, or Cici and Pop for that matter.

Christmas Eve Night

Mimi had us over for dinner after Mass on Christmas Eve. The food was delicious, and the babies were having so much fun playing together!! They were ready to run wild after sitting through mass for an hour and "trying" to be quiet. (James took Taylor out very shortly after we got there.. our normal routine every Sunday.. she can't seem to sit still )

Christmas Eve Day

This is by far, the BEST Christmas. Taylor is at such a great age that she really enjoys all the toys and unwrapping gifts!!! Below are a few pics of Taylor unwrapping gifts. One of her FAVORITE toys is this car my dad and wanda gave Taylor. She says "car" everytime she sees it and goes nuts. She hasn't figured out yet that she has to use her feet to push it, so we just push her around in it!! It is so funny to watch her. She puts her hands on the steering wheel like she is driving!! It is a big hit!! Thanks Nonna and Poppa!!!

Another favorite, the bat and ball set Mal gave Taylor. She uses the bat to go around and whack people and dogs(Kane included). She hasn't figured out that it hurts people yet!!

Christmas at Nana and Papas

Last weekend, we had Christmas at James' grandparent's house in LA. The babies had so much fun together.. and played so well. They both tried really hard to get the balls of Nana's tree.. and succeeded!!! The most fun they had was running around outside chasing each other. I just know that Christmas morning with both these babies together will be WILD to say the least!! It was so good to see family... can't wait to see the rest of our family next week!!

BREAKFAST WITH SANTA!!!

My school had a fundraiser this morning, Breakfast with Santa. I was really hoping that taylor would let us get ONE quick picture with Santa.. and she was terrified. I thought she might not be so scared after seeing all the other kids up ther, not the case. We had fun eating breakfast anyway. Taylor colored the whole time and was so good.

WINTER WONDERLAND!!!!!

Well, I would love to say this is what we woke up to this morning, but it isn't. I got up and dressed for school. We were told to watch the weather for snow, but you know how that goes in south MS. It was raining and sleeting outside, so I got ready for school. By the time James and I got ready, the rain turned completely over to snow. These were the best pics I could get from inside the house. Taylor keeps going to the back door and just staring out at the snow!! It is so beautiful!!! We just got over a back cold, so I am second guessing putting her out in the snow. Will post pics later if we decide to play!!!! Have a wonderful Thursday!!

I have to say in all the years of my life (28) I have NEVER seen a snow before Christmas!!!! It just makes the holiday season even better!!!

We had dinner at the Rib Cage after the Egg Bowl Saturday. The babies were thrilled to have their picture taken with Coach Nutt!!!! GO REBELS!!!!!!!

Thanksgiving Holidays

We stayed in Oxford after Thanksgiving to watch the Egg Bowl. Mrs. Cindy kept Taylor while we went to the game. We had so much fun being together and watching the babies interact!! They are at such a fun age right now. We went to the Rib Cage after the game for dinner. Taylor took a nap, and was ready to rock and roll when she woke up. She and Drew danced to the music and had a blast. We headed back to Columbus Saturday to visit my dad and to see my mom before they flew back. Holidays are a busy time for us, but we really enjoyed seeing all our family!!!
